The Kalona Historical Society is excited to offer “Keeping History Alive,” our summer camp for kids who have completed grades K – 5. We will have three half-day, Monday – Thursday sessions beginning on June 14, 21, and 28. Camp will build on school curriculum and state social studies standards while allowing for hands-on experiences. We will take advantage of our village buildings while incorporating music, dance, crafts, cooking, and dress. Scholarships are available for all students, and we encourage everyone to apply. Please call 319.656.3232 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
